Here is our suggestion
  • Suspect that all data is wrong.
  • Enquire about the Measurement error.
  • If the author of the report/dashboard/chart has not thought about MSA , be reluctant to make decision based on information.
  • Avoid making statements and drawing conclusions until you understand measurement error.
